  • Censor & Age Restrictions: Users are responsible for compliance with entry restrictions.
  • Order Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation code.

11. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted unless approved by the Organizer.
  • In case of event cancellation or postponement, refunds are at the discretion of the Organizer.
  • Cityevent is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or Organizer decisions.
  • Handling and booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • At the venue, you may be required to present the credit/debit card used for booking or provide authorization with a signed copy.

13. Pricing Errors

If a ticket is sold at an incorrect price due to error, Cityevent reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

14. User Account & Security

  • Users must provide accurate registration details.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Cityevent is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access from misuse of your ID/password.
  • Users must notify Cityevent immediately of unauthorized access.

15. Termination & Breach
