Event FAQs: Everything You Need to Know Before You Arrive

1. Tickets & Passes Q: What should I do if I lose or damage my pass? A: Unfortunately, lost or damaged passes cannot be replaced or reissued. Please keep your pass safe at all times. Q: Can I re-enter if I leave the venue? A: No. Re-entry is strictly prohibited. Once you leave, you will not be allowed to return with the same pass. Q: Are my passes refundable? A: Passes are strictly non-refundable. If security features are tampered with, the pass will be considered invalid. Q: Can passes be copied or duplicated? A: The venue management is not liable for unauthorized duplication or reproduction of passes. Any duplicates will be invalid. 2. Entry Requirements Q: Will I need a valid ID to enter? A: A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry in certain circumstances. We recommend carrying one just in case. Q: What if I arrive late or the event time changes? A: The event start time may be changed without prior notice. We advise arriving early to avoid any inconvenience. Q: Do I need to wear a wristband? A: Yes. Wristbands (if provided) must be worn at all times. You may be required to show them upon request by the event staff. 3. Security & Prohibited Items Q: Will I be frisked at the entry point? A: Yes. For security reasons, the management reserves the right to frisk pass holders. Your cooperation is appreciated. Q: What items are strictly prohibited at the event? A: Firearms, sharp objects, inflammable materials, cameras, bottles, cans, tins, narcotics, outside food and beverages, commercial banners, unauthorized drones, or any flying objects are all prohibited. Q: Is alcohol served at the venue? A: No. Alcohol will not be served inside the venue, and intoxicated individuals will be denied entry. 4. Conduct & Responsibility Q: Can I bring my own food or drinks? A: Outside food or beverages are not allowed inside the venue. There will be designated food and beverage counters if available. Q: What happens if I or someone else causes damage? A: Any individual responsible for damage will be liable for associated costs. Please handle the venue property with care. Q: What if someone misbehaves during the event? A: Misbehavior or any form of unwanted conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund. 5. Liability & Disclaimers Q: Is the management responsible for lost items or injuries? A: The management is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or any injuries sustained during the event. Please keep your valuables safe. Q: What about parking? A: Parking is at the owner’s risk. The management is not responsible for any damage or loss in the parking area. Q: What if the event is canceled or postponed? A: The management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event without prior notice. The event is also subject to force majeure conditions. Q: Which jurisdiction applies to legal disputes? A: Any legal proceedings related to the event will be subject to Bhopal jurisdiction only. 6. Acceptance of Terms Q: Do I automatically accept all rules when I buy a ticket? A: Yes. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all terms and conditions stated here, including the right of management to refuse admission at its discretion and amend rules without prior notice.
